February Moms...
Are you using the bundle me to bring the baby home from the hospital.
I have my outfit all ready to go...its just a shirt that side snaps with an undershirt that side snaps, matching pants and a hat. I assume I will also probably have them swaddled in a receiving blanket.....
Do we need the bundle me..its going to be cold!

Yes, I have the bundle-me all ready to go in the car seat!
I also have a little winter jacket for over his outfit...I figure u never know what the weather will be, so I'll have something for everything. With the winter we've been having, who knows, we may be bringing these kids home in shorts and a t-shirt.

Re: February Moms...
I am thinking of getting what is called the Pink Posh pouch....
But then again, I'm not sure - I feel like I may only get a month's use out of it, so I'm thinking of just using a blanket to cover her with.
U can't judge by me though - I'm here in Vegas......
ETA: i totally bypassed the part that you were talking about their take home outfits....
I posted a pic in one of the other threads actually showing what I'm bringing her home in..... it's a 2 piece NB outfit - shirt and pants... bringing a pair of socks also just in case she has cold tootsies.... I also have the matching hat and onesie for underneath depending on how cool it is.
I brought a receiving blanket from home to swaddle her in, and then also a longer fleece blanket to cover her car seat when we leave the hospital.

Re: February Moms...
I have a bunting to go over the one piece PJ with feety that I'm bringing. I packed new born clothes but my friend suggested bringing a 3 month outfit older in case the baby is longer or chubbier than expected. I thought this was really good advise.
With DS, also born in February, we had a one piece PJ and wrapped him in blankets. The car was warmed up and we lived very close to the hospital and he was fine.

I heard this from a few friends, too! I already packed 2 outfits: one NB and one 0-3mths in case is a little fatty.

Re: February Moms...
The take home outfit I got only comes in one size. The woman at the store was very certain that anything labelled as a " take home outfit " was one size. So hopefully it will work. If not, my mom or someone can always go out and get something else really quick. I think my plan is to dress the baby in the outfit I have and the bundle me.

I have the same thing (to go over a 3-piece oufit).
