Re: Feedback on Rebecca Kammerer-sleep trainer or Sleep lady shuffle?
I just started working with her. I always thought it was ridiculous to pay a sleep trainer but I was at the end of my rope & she was highly recommended by a friend so I figured it couldn't get any worse. So far so good I don't dread bedtime anymore. My DD is so stubborn, she's 22 months & refused to go to sleep but rebecca's sleep training method seems to be working. The first 2 nights were bad but each night has gotten better. This is the first time anything helped & I tried everything (CIO- for 2 months!!! & she still cried , I took her in bed with us, putting her in early, keeping her up til she dropped) nothing worked until this.
The only negative thing I can say is that it's not magic. It's still work & you really have to be determined to do it & stick to it in order for it to work. The good thing is that she told me that in the beginning so it's not that it was a surprise but it was still disappointing that there is no quick fix.
We didn't start working on nap time yet but I can't believe anything will work, I still drive her around everyday
FM me if you want to know anything else
