Feeding Question for 6-7 month old

I have a bunch of questions. This is dd's current schedule. I make my own food but I think it's equal to 1/2 jar of stage 2.

7:30 - 8 oz bottle
11:30 - 2T cereal with fruit mixed with 1oz formula
11:45 - 4oz formula
3:30 - 8 oz formula
7:00 - 2T cereal and veggie
7:45 - 4-5 oz bottle

I don't know if I should be giving her equal to a full jar serving or give her 3 meals a day. Can I start giving her yogurt? How long do they eat cereal for?

I'd love to see other people's schedule.

My son eats alot...He is 7 months old

6:00 am..nurses (probably about 6-8 oz)
8:00 am. stage two oatmeal with fruit
10:00 am bottle at daycare of 6 oz bm
12:00 am 1 1/2 stage 2 fruit
3:00 pm another 6 oz bm bottle
5:30 pm another stage 2 dinner and 1/2 a dessert
7:15 pm nurses (prob 6-8 oz)

Now with all that eating...he is still in the 25% for weight

We haven't started yogurt yet
