Feeling crazy tonight....
I am not sure what hit me today..maybe it was too hot or maybe it is me spending the 4th night in a row solo in a hotel room. But I cried today because I feel like my baby is growing up too quickly. DH just looked at me. It seems like Dec is right around the corner, and next summer the baby will already be 6 months.
I was always okay with my b-days and another year gone by, but I think I am going to have a crazy hard time with another year going by once the baby is here.
I know there is fun stages. School aged kids are fun, but I feel like this is going so quickly. I also regret not enjoying being pregnant till a few weeks ago.

I also feel like I lost the first 4 months of my pregnancy to being miserable. But, you have your whole life ahead of you. Don't think that far in advance. Enjoy every day as it comes. One by one

Sometimes my thoughts run away with me too. For me, it's the opposite - I feel like November is so far away, but today I realized that it really isn't. I am just trying to enjoy each and every moment with this unborn baby and not think too much ahead (it scares me too much!)

thanks. I have too much idle time right now. I went from working overtime and commuting to doing absolutely nothing. You are right, I have to take it day by day. I wish I would have kept a misery journal my first four months. I think I forgot how bad it was. Atleast then, I could read back and say, oh that is why I wasn't in preggo bliss.

You're not crazy...and if you are I am too! I feel that December will be here in a blink as well. I can't believe how fast it has all gone. I wanted this pregnancy so bad and now that it is here I feel that I'm not enjoying it as much as I should be or should've been. I wish Dec. was as far away as next April just to experience it a little longer.
Glad to know we're in the same boat!

In fact, I know how you feel! I am not due for another 8 weeks and already I am dreading having to leave my baby in day care and coming back to work!
