Feeling 'different' at 37 weeks

I a currently 37 weeks and as of this morning I feel very different physically. I know that the baby has dropped very low and that I am 2 cm dialated for over a week now, but as of this morning things just feel different. My stomach isn't as hard and the baby's kicks are softer. Has anyone else felt or feeling this too?

i woke up one day right around 37 weeks and felt very different too...i felt so good that i couldn't remember if i was still pg. I had to look at my huge stomach just to reassure myself. It was very scary..
But yes...i've definitely felt "different" here and there
