Feeling guilty
My fitness center in my complex is just a short drive away, yet with the weather I just do not feel like walking/driving to it. Do you skip work outs in inclement weather? Anyone feel guilty about it?
Should I just suck it up and go?

Re: Feeling guilty
If you have an exercise DVD or the On Demand channels (one of them has fitness shows), you can always do that. If not, I'd probably go to the gym. You'll feel better for having gone.

Re: Feeling guilty
inclement weather is a good excuse...but like the pp said, what about a work out on demand? or you could just eat a lot less that is what I would do.
