Re: Feeling queasy
Quite honestly... the one thing that helped me throughout the queasiness were Preggie Pops.... U can get them @ any Motherhood store, or BRU!

Re: Feeling queasy
even though you might not want to, try eating little snacks. apples helped me, so did potato chips. Grilled cheese also helps.
I find that when I get over hungry, that is when I feel quesy or sick.

Re: Feeling queasy
I'm sorry that you're feeling this. So far, this has been the worst thing about my pregnancy! DH asked me yesterday if I was starting to resent the baby because I've been so sick!! Apples help and just generally eating every few hours! The preggo pops don't work for me...but they do for others, so try them! I also find that Sour Patch watermelons are a life saver sometimes!!!

Re: Feeling queasy
I found eating salty things, like crackers, potato chips, fries, made my stomach feel better. I couldn't tolerate (and still can't) any fresh fruits or vegetables. I always keep snacks at my desk and in the beginning in my purse so that if I started to feel nauseous I could nibble on something.

Re: Feeling queasy
I find that eating something every couple of hours helps. Once I start feeling hungry, it's generally too late, and the nausea kicks in big time. Crackers, yogurt, applesauce, sour stuff like candies or lemonade - that's what helps me. Constipation also seems to make the nausea worse. I try to eat fiber one honey clusters every morning, plus take 2 colace every night - that helps get things going

Re: Feeling queasy
Sea Bands (bracelets you wear on your wrists with pressure points) helped me through it. Get them in the drugstore next to the dramamine.
Also - lemon ginger tea (Twinnings brand) and watermelon helped.
