Feeling "shocks" when the baby kicks?
I'm 24w3d.
Twice this morning the baby has kicked and it sent a sort of SHOCK through my body. Once it actually hurt.
Is he kicking a nerve? Is this just what it gets like as he gets bigger and stronger?
TIA.

yep....He's actually leaning on a nerve and when he moves the nerve reacts.
It might get better as he moves, grows.
Hope it doesnt hurt

I had the same thing yesterday - I even yelled "ouch" like something really hurt! It was strange & the sensation went downward.

I am only at 19 weeks, so I have yet to feel "real" kicks but I do feel some movements here and there and it does feel like the baby is pinching a nerve sometimes... feels like what you described...
