Feeling sick after Kickboxing?
I wanted to change up my workout, so I decided to do a kickboxing class. I really liked it, but I felt really nauseous the whole rest of the day. I think I pushed myself too hard. Anyone feel like this after the first time? Any suggestions on how to progress slowly?

are you eating the right foods before and after? it sounds like it may be low blood sugar?

Last week I had a granola bar. Today I had a banana and brought a bottle of water with me, and I seem to be doing ok so far!

I know a girl at my class that gets nausceous and light headed. She always makes sure she has gum on hand.

That has happened to me when I didn't eat breakfast before class. Sounds like low blood sugar. After you eat do you feel better?
