Feet are killing me and ankles-anything to relieve the pain?
Wondering what I can do. I have my feet up right now. I am wondering if I should get the compression socks.

I have noticed that when I wear preggo pantyhose, my feet/ankles don't swell as much and don't hurt so much.
I would also recommend a very nice massage from a kind and loving DH, but when I ask mine to massage my ankles he looks at them and asks me "Where are they?!"....
I also ice whenever I can too.

They are swollen and my DH will not massage them!  He actually thinks it is funny!
Wait until I am close to my EDD so he can see what I have in store for him. I plan on torturing him!

I like the idea of torturing DH! I think I might already be doing this... as one of my newest side effects of this pregnancy is being extra gassy
I guess it's payback for all of times I've been "down wind" ...lol

Yeah, I am trying to do that. My choice of snack-pickles-was probably not a good move!

I was so swollen that it hurt to walk. My doctor recommended pretty heavy duty compression stockings, which really helped. I'd give your doctor's office a call and see if they recommend a certain brand or something else to help.

Thanks! I am going in Monday for the glucose test so I will definitely ask!
