Feet cramping during workout
Has anybody figured out how to avoid this? It tends to happen when I'm doing plyo or even some yoga poses.
I just got new sneakers, so I'm hoping that will help for when I'm doing plyo. But I was wondering if anybody had any other tips or tricks for avoiding this.

I've had the same but thought it was from wearing heels a lot. ??? Do you wear heels?

That could be contributing to it. I don't wear them everyday, but it's probably not helping.

Feet cramping during workout
I get the same thing. It seems to be with more intense workouts for me. I generally just stick a golf ball on the floor and roll it around under my foot. It generally stops for a bit with that.

Feet cramping during workout
I don't get cramps but from time to time I get a pulling sensation on the bottom of my feet. That is the best way I can describe it, as if something is being stretch from my heel to my toes.

when i first started working out (esp running) by feet would cramp but after i was doing it regularly for a few months that stopped also stay hydrated....
