fell on my face... ok, my knee
i found out yesterday, that two ladies i work with use their 10-minute breaks to take a walk. i asked if i could join.
so... today was my first walk and i was not wearing the appropriate footwear.
i stepped on a twig and WENT DOWN!!!!
now i have a scraped knee, just like i used to have when i was 10! boy, that baby hurts!!
oh well, i learned my lesson. TIME TO GO SHOPPING FOR SHOES

I know how you feel. I have to be really careful what work clothes I pick out. I'm outdoors a LOT, especially with my horses, and bruise very easily. I always have some sort of cut, scrape, or bruise. Usually, they are in places that pants or a long-sleeved shirt will hide... but of course this week, the cut's on my hand. Ugh. I can't win. I just cover it with a band-aid and hope no one notices.

That is why I never exercise during breaks! 
Much Safer to sit around on my rear and drink some coffee!

Don't let the scraped knees get you down. Exercise is a good thing and I will send you good vibes while I am sitting on my arse drinking coffee.

I think about taking a walk sometimes, but like PP said it's much safer to be lazy.
