Well, yes, they had a mandatory evacuation, but hello, A LOT of people obviously didn't ahve the means to get out of there. So to say it is their own fault for staying is harsh. What if you have no money and no place to go? What then? Obviously they grossly overestimated the reliability of the Super Dome. They really should have thought ahead as to what would happen if the Super Dome did not withstand the storm.

I was trying to lighten the mood - but ...he stayed in his house with his innocent children and the rest of his family. Was it time for all of them to go?
