fence around pool
We want to put a pool but we don't have a fence in our backyard. Does anyone know how tall the fence around a pool needs to be?

what town do you live in?
the towns have different rules. if it's a picket fence, the ugly side must face you so that your neighbor's kids cannot climb the fence and jump in and drown.
(Which is BS in my book).
Some towns require a fence around the POOL, not the yard....
