We used Liberty Fence and couldn't be happier. Rose is supposed to be good too.

We used Precision Fence based off of recommendations from here. 2 years later and the PVC fence still looks like new. They were great to deal with and we priced out 3 other companies and although they didn't come in the cheapest we really felt their quality beats out the others.

We were very happy with Carl's Fence. I think they are in Hicksville or Bethpage. Heard good things about Rose Fence as well.
