We also have a neighbor that feeds the feral cats, I am pretty sure she does not trap and release them but my other neighbors who have been involved in animal rescue do when they can, and even they are getting annoyed with this woman.

This woman leaves rotting cat food outside on the sidewalk, where I have to prevent my dogs from eating, and the cats poop all over my other neighbors yard where her dogs have eaten the poop and have gotten parasites from them. My dogs too have eaten cat poop when they come into my yard. If I see one, I let my dogs out who just chase the cats, they don't hurt them. The neighbors with the dogs who have gotten sick have actually caught a cat or two and killed them (the dogs killed them, not the people).

I am with the people who say that if you stop leaving food out for them they will find another food source and migrate elsewhere. The woman that feeds them isnt consistant anyway, sometimes there is food and sometimes there isn't, so I'm sure they are eating somewhere else.

That being said, I 100% disagree with anyone who poisons or otherwise uses cruel methods to get the cats to move or or to kill them.
