Fertility Blend
Has anyone used it? Does anyone know exactly what it does?

Re: Fertility Blend
It's a mix of all types of herbs that you may or may not need. I don't recommend it. Although I recommend, a lot of the herbs, separately, depending on your 'situation'.
If you ovulate, you should not use fertility blend. It can cause your hormones to go off track.
If you don't ovulate on your own, you may want to consider using vitex (chasteberry), if you are not on clomid or femara.
I use evening primrose oil, and alfalfa from AF to O. That helps my CM, increase, and alkalize, making it more sperm friendly.
I just started red raspberry. You take that your entire cycle and if pregnant, up until about 8 months. It strengthens the uterus.

Re: Fertility Blend
Thank you so much. you are always so knowledgable! I do ovulate, so it doesn't sound like I need to take this, but I will look into the other supplements you recommended to increase my ewcm.
Thanks, Redstar!

Re: Fertility Blend
Funny you should post this. In my desperation to make my last round of Clomid work I just ordered the "Clomid Users" Fertility Blend and the Men's (hoping to get DH to agree to take it).
It's the alfalfa and red raspberry, etc. blend.
I figured it can't hurt, and even if it has a placebo effect that will help.
But can they harm you or your cycles??

Re: Fertility Blend
I took fertility blend in the very beginning of ttc. I didn't know, anything about 'myself or my hormones', I just wanted a quick fix. Well, it made me have strange spotting....mid cycle etc. I ovulate on my own, so taking vitex, and other herbs which is in the original fertility blend, I found to be something that wasn't beneficial.
I rather, use the herbs individually that help the particular issues, I may need help with.
Herbs are medicine. They are natural medicine and if you take something you don't need it can be damaging.
Honestly, just like you see a doctor for medicine, sometimes it's wise to see a herbologist/acpuncturist for herbal treatment.
