Fertily Friend users...
Is it ok to stick to the basic membership (free) or should I pay for the VIP membership?

I was on the fence about it, and DH said it was so inexpensive it was worth it. However, I decided to wait b/c it was nearing that crucial test/do not test time. Good thing I did - we got our BFP and never signed up for the VIP membership. (the website says you don't get a refund if you get a BFP and you can't roll it over to their pregnancy tracker.

You certainly don't NEED the VIP membership. I went without it for the first 5-6 months or so. But, I find the VIP membership more helpful (charting-wise, comparing charts to the chart gallery, approximating your due date and test date (I don't remember if basic gives you this), analysis, community boards, etc.)
Also, you can "freeze" your acct if you got a BFP. I froze mine, and resumed my membership after my miscarriage.

I'm personally Anti Fertility friend for VIP use. They mods on the board like to ban people for ridiculous reasons,and they censor what you can even put in FM's. I just had a bad experience, so I would never give them my money again. I wasn't banned, but I had friends that were.
Just my 2 cents.

I never paid a penny and got pregnant twice (m/c'd the first one).
Personally, I think the basic is more than enough.

Thanks girls for responding..this will be my first month doing the basic membership...I had the VIP for free for a limited time. I'm going to try it and see how it goes.
