Feta Cheese???
when can i eat it again? I am craving it so bad. I usually get it in my not so healthy salad and it's just not the same with out it

How do i know if it's paterurized? Should i ask the little man who makes it? I don't think he would know

If it is made in the US it has to be pasturized. I brought my own container (says made with pasrturized milk on it) to work & I just add it to my salads when I buy them.

I have eaten it in small amounts on my greek salads, b/c you really need it for the flavor. And even just a little bit makes it taste so much better!

They sell pasteurized Feta cheese in grocery stores. I find it in the cheese section that's usually near the deli area.
