Which doc? Dr. P and Dr. G?
I didn't have the greatest experience with them. Went there for a consult and they were very lax. I was surprised.
Had a stillborn in June and found out I have a few gene mutations which they told me "oh, thats nothing".

Nope eventually she will be moving her facility there I believe-I am thankful it wasn't during this pregnancy as that is physically impossible for me to get to.

I'm not even 100% sure on the doctors name... it's a man. I've only been there once as I am being sent there from Dr. Vullo's office. This is now the 2nd time that a fax of mine has gone missing. Once was a script - the other was results for my test. The one time I was there in the waiting room, there was a girl stating that her MRI results were faxed and the girl behind the counter was like "we don't have it." What is wrong with this place? This is going to be a loooooong pregnancy if I have to keep dealing with them "losing faxes" and not having their office together. It's an inconvenience because I then have to call the other office that sent the fax to re-fax it over. Didn't anyone else have this experience too? This is crazy.

I'm trying to remember the name of the male doctor there. Does he work at Madonna Perinatal too? I think so. Can you switch doctors?

I recently called their office requesting prior records and they were very difficult to work with. (For whatever it’s with... you’re not alone in feeling this way about the disorganization.)

Madonna was taken over by northwell and closed. Do you have to go to the good Sam perinatologist? I have experience with the drs at northwell who used to be Madonna and dr el kady, who, for now is in Huntington and deer park.

If you can, go to Kofinas! He is the MFM I am seeing.

The MFM that Dr. Vullo's office now uses are excellent. They are academics and leaders in the field. It's Dr. Mastrogiannis and I can't recall the name of the other one. They are quite competent.
When I was pregnant, they were able to refer me to Madonna, which is now Northwell MFM in Bayshore - Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Bergen- and Dr. G was awesome.

Fetal Maternal Medicine - Good Sam
I go to MFM and while I do like Dr. Mastrogiannis, I find the office of MFM in general to be kind of meh. The appointments take forever and I hate that they do not have late hours. I hate the way it's all set up too where you're brought from one room to another and there might be another patient in the room with just a curtain separating you. It just does not feel very private to me at all.
Last time I was there the two receptionists were fighting and having some kind of petty argument and I found it extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately I have no choice but to go there as that's where my OB/GYN has me going for this pregnancy.
