1-how long does it take to receive the cord blood kit?

2-when you called up the cord blood bank places, what type of questions did you ask?

I think our kit from Viacord came within a day or two after making the call...very quick!

I didn't really have too many questions on the phone because I had learned a lot about the whole process in my birthing class. I asked about what happens in the event that a complication prevents cord blood from being collected, and of course you are not charged for the service.
