Field Trip Question

What is the protocol at your school regarding field trips?

Once you collect the money, do you hand in the deposit and a field trip form to central office? How do you organize the busses?

we have a packet that we have to use... first we fill out a bus request form that goes back to transportation to get info about the buses... you also have to get administration approval... once you know the dates you give out the permission slip forms and then go from there...
