FINALLY!!!!
After a long and stressful wait, we officially close with the mortgage company next week, have our new home orientation July 1 and we officially close with the builder the week of July 4.
WOOHOO!!! We signed the contracts to build July 5, 2004. With all the hurricanes, shortages of supplies, and a dumb construction manager everything is complete.
It is officially OUR HOME!!!! We waited so long and here it is, our new wonderful home! We sign all the mortgage papers over the weekend, hubby hands them back to the guy next week and the deal is closed. Then we take all our papers to the builder and officially close with them.
I am so happy, I could just scream!
