OOH thts who I think it is too...wasn't there a scene when her hat flew off or something like that and it was made into a statue?

I was standing in front of this statue of MTM in downtown Minneapolis a few years ago and had DH take a photo. After I did it, then all the copycats lined up for their photos too 
It is a replica of that scene in the beginning credits where her hat flies off (so you were correct too, Deb!)
