Finally closing tomorrow! UPDATE- We are HOMEOWNERS!
After 3 month of waiting we finally close on our house tomorrow.
I am  at the check my husband got today from the bank but I'm sure that its worth it to be homeowners.

Gosh I hope so....I spent the last 2 days on edge b/c the mortgage co. couldnt verify my employment. He left messages but my school district doesnt make calls to confirm employment(they would only respond if they were called) so the messages were pointless and it took years off my life that we wouldnt be able to close on time
Hopefully the walk through in the morning will go smoothly.

It went so well.... we broke a knob on the dryer during walkthru but we were able to fix it quickly and easily tonight.
Closing was a breeze- the couple was very nice and gave us many tips and told us our neighbors names. It was great how our lawyer cut checks for everyone after we gave her a lump sum...so easy.
We immediately went out and bought primer for the bedrooms we are painting. Floors are getting refinished on Mon/Tues.
Overall we are but

We are Hudson Valley-ites....The house is in Town of Newburgh... The pic was right after snow we had in December.
