FINALLY doing our walkthrough and closing tomorow morning!

We went into contract March 3rd

Had a closing estimate of MAY 17th

Here we are closing July 30th


After tons and tons of headaches from dealing with wells fargo it is just about over. The paperwork they requested was just insane, then DH's job was a nightmare with faxing things to wells, THEN wells fargo had a problem with the fact that my PARENTS own 2 businesses that make a lot of money. We actually had to have my Moms accountant write a letter to wells fargo saying that I will never own the businesses or get profit from them. ***?!? SO weird. The person requesting the letter didn't even get why wells wanted it. My parents didn't even help us, it makes no sense.

I just hope this ends smoothly tomorrow - the seller is a little old lady who lives in assisted living...she's so sweet and we just felt so terrible that this dragged out so long.

Can't wait to get in and start to decorate!
