What can expect at my first appointment?

I went to RSoNY in Stony Brook, and my first appointment was just a consultation. No exam, I think he did a lot of blood work the first appointment. Basically we just went over mine and dh medical history, how long we were trying, what to expect, risks, and what the plan would be. First tests to be scheduled are usually...blood, sono, HSG, endometrial biopsy, SA, and sperm antibody test.

Finally going to see an RE
At my first appointment at LI IVF, they took blood, did sono, and we discussed my TTC history. I got a script for HSG. And we discussed where we'd start as a treatment plan.

Finally going to see an RE
It went well. I am starting on Clomid next cycle and the Dr is optimistic that my next pregnancy will be totally normal.
They took blood work, and I am going to have a saline sono next cycle.
It was strange and a little more emotional like I thought it would be.

Yea I also was emotional during my first appointment! I surprised myself, but I guess it's just an emotional thing to deal with.
