Finally got my + OPK!! Now one more (well a couple more) questions....
So by chance after a 17 hour work day last night I decided to test at 11pm and got my  . I used a cheapie to check and then confirmed with the clear blue and sure enough got my  . I also used the clearblue at 5:30am when I woke up with FMU and got a negative.
I wanted to test again just to see and it was negative in the morning and at 4pm when I tested. Good thing I was testing 2 times a day (and happened to do it last night by chance) because then I would have missed my positive all together. I guess my surge is super short. Not sure if that is a bad thing.
Since I don't temp all I can assume is that I O sometime today or tomorrow right since I got my at 11pm last night? (thursday night). So since I don't know my exact O day, then how do I figure out my LP? Do I count from the day I get my to the day I get AF?
I generally feel O cramping...but I got some cramping tues n wed...and none once I got my . So hoping that doesn't mean anything. 
And one last question.....Do you always have to see EWCM once you get your
? I noticed water CM tues...and kind of EW I think on wed....and then thurs I got my but didn't notice any EWCM anymore.
Sorry for the long post.....just new and trying to understand my body..and cycle...and this whole TTC thing.
I will be having fun getting my  on today and tomorrow...and sun if we can handle it!

i noticed i had a short lh surge too, this sounds like exactly what happened to me this month. i have 11 days till my af. i'm praying, i hope you get ur bfp too!
