Finally I have a phone interview today!!! Update
I am so excited!!! Ill let you know how it turns out!
Update- so i think it went well, it is for a private autism school and there is many many different opps to grow. I would be a case manager for 2 students working one on one with them (ages 15-18) They hire from within so If I can prove myself as a great educator then i can be prom. to a head teacher which is great. I would really like this opp so i can learn much more working under another spec. ed teacher you know, never to much knowledge! they also have/do home visit with the students and i can make an addit. $500 a week on top of pay so that alone is worth it!!! so I will hear from them either this week or next week and we will see.
