FINALLY some good news!!!
I went on Monday for blood and sono and after 7 nights of gonal-f injections (low dose), I have a TON of small follicles and one that was 9mm and another 10.5mm. I have continued injections and went again this AM. The one that was 10.5mm on Monday was 16mm today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This is the largest follicles that I have ever had (did two rounds of clomid and the largest I had was 12mm at CD25). I am so excited! It looks like I might have a REAL shot this month at some good old fashioned BD and an IUI! I am praying my blood work comes back okay and that I get good news from the doctor this AM.
Now for a question...
Since I have smaller follicles and this one dominant follicle, when I trigger, which follicle will release? Does the dominant follicle always release? Or will one of the smaller/weaker ones? I'm not sure how it works!

I would expect the more mature one to release, but my Dr perscribes GAnerilix to prevent the more mature follies from releasing until the smaller ones can catch up - good luck

when you trigger- if you have more than one mature follicle, all of the mature ones should release. There won't just be 1 releasing (assuming more than 1 are mature). GL!!!! Sounds promising!!!
