FINALLY... someone has rented our house!!
we were getting a little nervous but we painted last weekend not this past and then planted st joseph in the ground and within 2 days we 2 couples to pick from. THANKS GOD~~
such a huge wieght off our shoulders!! now only if they decied to buy it!! that would be great.

That's awesome!
DH's grandma got a St. Joseph when she was having trouble finding a tenant for her rental. She had a tenant within a few days!

I've hear a lot of people use St. Joseph.
I did too and within a month I had a buyer. Before that, not even a remote interest. I wish I could remember where I buried the little sucker before I left though...I was trying to find him LOL!
