FINALLY under 200!
I am in disbelief!
I weighed 228 lbs after college after 2 car accidents kept me from being active at all. Over time I lost 15 llbs, then I lost some more this year.
When I joined Weight Watchers online in September 2010 I weight 208.3, I had lost 20 lbs already. With the holidays and work being busy I've had no time to cook much real food or work out. My wedding gown came in and today I told myself I wasn't going to do my first fitting until I went under 200 lbs. I'd been playing with 200.6 before the holidays and around 202 since for some reason (AF, maybe?), so today I finally got on the scale to see how far I was from my wedding dress trial and I weighed in at 199.3.
I know it's not a weight too many people would be happy about, but I almost can't believe it. WOW. UNDER 200. I haven't seen a 1 before my weight in YEARS!!!!
It has taken me 4 months to lose 9 lbs, but that's ok, it is STAYING OFF FOR GOOD!

My first "goal" on WW online is 188 lbs. I think it was based on a percentage of weight loss maybe? But now it really seems attainable. I CAN DO THIS!
I started my day with a clementine and chobani yogurt. I WILL exercise today, and i'm going to make a nice big pot of vegetable soup.
I am going to be one HOT bride!!!

Good for you!!! Enjoy your milestone and you are smart to set little goals for yourself. I started out well over 200 on weight watchers and by taking it all in small steps and goals I've lost 75 pounds. So keep your focus and watch the pounds melt away cause it will over time. Good luck with it!
