Finding a roofer...
I know living in NC and you guys are up in NY is not going to help, but I was wondering on how my DH and I can go about finding a reputable roofer? We're not rich, but we don't want dirtbags working on it either. Is there anything specific we should ask or look for? So far nobody here has been able to refer anyone to us, and when I look in the Yellow pages it's just too overwhelming. Any ideas?
The ceiling is leaking water when it rains in the living room by the fireplace and it's already leaked a couple of times and is ruining the celing and we're afraid of mold growing. So any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

well my friends dh works for Home Depot selling roofing. They are probably a bit on the expensive side but you can finance and they are a lifetime warantee that transfers ownership with a sale. Also I am sure your county might have something or online to recommend someone?
