Finding an item of clothing from a picture

Is there a good way to do this?
I saw a blouse that I want so badly on someone in a random picture on Linkedin
I tried an app called Screenshop but it's not really coming close.

Does anyone have an app or website that's pretty accurate at finding things based on a picture?

There is a Google Image search but I dont know how good it is. I tried to do that with a pair of sneakers and it didnt work, also could be the sneakers were probably old.
