The post office will not give out forwarding information. The only way I'm aware of is that you can send a letter to their old address, and if it has been less than a year and the forward hasn't expired the post office will forward it onto the new address for you. As a regular customer you will not receive any sort of notification that the letter was forwarded and what the new address is. If this is for business correspondence, you can pay for address notification service and you will get the new info from the post office but it can take them a few months to notify you.

If it has been over a year and the forward has expired, the letter will be returned to you with the new address noted on a yellow sticker.

ETA: Have you tried zabasearch to see if the new address shows up there?
