finger prick blood test
i had the finger prick blood test done in conjunction with my nt scan last tuesday and the place the nurse pricked me STILL HURTS. when she did it, it hurt worse than a normal blood test - but i would have thought by a week later there wouldn't be anymore pain. anyone else go through this or could it be infected?

Is it red / swollen / hot to the touch?
mine hurt like CRAZY all day Saturday and was pretty sore yesterday. Today it's a little sore if I hit it directly on the keyboard, but it's definitely better.
If it's swollen, red or throbbing, I'd maybe check with your Dr. You can also try peroxide or soaking in epsom salts...I had a horrible infected cuticle, and that is literally the advice from the dr.

Mine was sore for a few days. It also bled A LOT. I looked down a little bit after the test and I had saturated the band-aid and blood was running down my hand.
