My cousin was at the fire too. It was his boss that died. My understanding is that Lt. Ryan was a very fair and caring man. A few years ago, he was injured and was out of work for over a year. He could have retired after the accident but chose to come back and work. He was a dedicated man. May he rest in peace.

DH worked that job on Saturday night. He said Lt. Ryan had just come back from being injured as well
