Fireworks (Oyster Bay/Bayville Area)
Im trying to figure out where to go and watch fireworks on the 4th.
One option that I have is to hang out at my friends house on Centre Island. It's right on the water overlooking the Long Island Sound.....
I know that we'd see fireworks from somewhere but I was wondering if anyone knew of any large displays that they were having in the area...

I live in the area and I have no idea!  We will be in the city for the Macy''s fireworks anyway (we have rooftop access).
You can't beat Centre Island views.... just not sure what is scheduled. There is usually a great display that we can see from our front steps, but I forget when that is .... I think they shoot them off from the Pine Hollow Country Club.
