First 10k! Shiv how'd the 1/2 go???
I did my first 10k on Saturday  Did the Entemann's Great South Bay 5k/10k/1/2 marthon race and it was a wonderful experience.
I probably should've trained more beforehand because I was feeling it on Sunday but it was so fun! I did it in 1 hour, 5 minutes and 30 seconds
I'm so addicted to races now I can't stop!!! 
Shiv how was the 1/2 after a night at a wedding???

Congrats on your race, they are totally addicting!
It was a great race day- I finished the half in 2:15!!!
How cute was the little family in their PJ's playing the rocky theme song, I think it was around mile 1 or 2!
