First appt. on Tuesday-just meeting with the nurse.
So I have my first prenatal appt. this Tuesday. I am 5 weeks and will only meet with the nurse. She will not do an ultrasound but just wondering what I should except at this first appt? Will they do blood work? anything else they'll do?

I had to take a PT to confirm I was pregnant. They checked my weight. I got a script for prenatals, bloodwork (maternity package). And I received a bag with pregnancy information. I don't think I am forgetting anything. Then I scheduled my first soon for the next visit.

Sorry it's sono, not soon. Damn IPAD and there auto correct. Just relax when you go, I was nervous also because of a previous m/c also

Aw, thanks for responding! I will try my best to remain calm...I just cant wait until the sono to make sure baby is there and ok. Ugh, seems like years away.

Good luck! I had my first appt at 5 weeks. They just confirmed the pregnancy with a urine test, did a pap, and gave me some free pregnancy goodies (including prescription pre-natals). Then the had me schedule my first sono.
