I dont live in your area so sorry. Are u looking to do it at a place or your home?
My son's firts b-day is the beginning of May and we are doing it at home with close friends with kids and family. I am having an ELMO theme. ELmo cake, elmo character, a pony ride, ...

His birth day is in April and with the way the weather has been I'm afraid we will probably get a snow storm  So we want to have it some where inside and our house is not big enough to have everyone inside
