First birthday outfits

I love the little birthday dresses I have seen with DD's name on them (similar to the one IrishTracy had for her girls). But I am looking for something that is top and capris instead of a dress (if possible). I have searched on ebay, but can't find exactly what I'm looking for. I need it in size 9 months, as most of the ones on ebay start at 12 months. Can anyone help me find this? I have searched online, but the only one I've seen like this was about $75....and I can't fathom spending that on an outfit that DD is going to wear for only a few hours (call me cheap, I don't care )

Here's a picture of what I'm looking for...but on this website, the sizing starts at 12-18 months...and that will be way too big for my little peanut.

I bought Kaitee birthday dress from this site (it only cost $13.99):

that sites sizes start at 3-6 months, so they will have her size. I also recieved it in 2 days after ordering!
This is the design we got (they sell onesies, shirts, and dresses)

The dress is kind of short (can see her diaper when she sits or bends over) so I put shorts on DD so you wouldn't see the diaper. You can always buy capri's from a store and buy a shirt or dress. Here is Kaitee in her dress:
