First Day of Maternity Leave....Last day before going to hospital!
So I am 39 wks and 3 days. I worked up until last Friday b/c I still didn't have a leave-replacement for my job. But today is the first day of my maternity leave and I have to tell you, it feels so strange. I still got up with DH when he left to go to work and have been trying to rest but I am so antsy... need to be productive! lol But I promised to take it easy and only do a few things today so DH doesn't freak out. He's super nervous that while I am alone things could happen. Not likely.
Which leads me to the next milestone. Tomorrow night we will be going into the hospital to be induced. I have my last OB exam tomorrow morning and then it's relax until check-in that night. We have had no progress with this little  and he is stil -4, as is obvious by the fact that I still can't breathe very well Dilated to only 1 cm and 50% effaced. Doc is thinking that he isn't coming down anytime soon, and the fact that my swelling has gotten really bad the last two weeks (but everything else is ok) he is more comfortable starting the process in the hospital. I'm ok with it, just a little nervous as to what will happen and how fast. The slow movement doesn't bother me, I've waited this long
So to everyone patiently (or impatiently!) waiting this week for their arrivals... GOOD LUCK! My thoughts are with all of you

you definately were up early this morning but it was great to talk to you one last time before you become a mommy!! We all are so excited for the arrival of Baby Cooper!!! Hope you have a wonderful labor & delivery!!!
