if it isn't obvious...i tauht k - not sure if i'll have it this year or 1st.

When I student taught 2nd grade last year, the teacher read A Fine, Fine School by Sharon Creech. It was a really cute book!

There is an AMAZING book called Scaredy Squirrel that I just found out about at the Teachers College summer institute. A definite must-have for any grades. I'm using it for 5th.

These are exactly what I read, too! I also taught K but will be teaching 1st this year.

Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse...I use if to talk about following the rules
Used it for 2nd and 3rd. Didn't use it last year for 4th because I had the same kids but I think I will use it this year
