First day weaning myself of of Xanax....
wish me luck! I was taking .5 mg per day - today I cut my dose in half and plan to do this for about a week and hopefully give it up completley next week or the week after.
My goal is to be xanax free by October 31st!
I am feeling a little sick to my stomach, but I am working through it.......!
