what did you introduce after cereal, fruit(which one)??? or vegies???

My PED said it didn't matter, and that I could do either. That said, I started with applesauce, then I moved to a veggie and went back and forth with all of the choices to see if there were any reactions.

We did veggies: sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, then we did bananas.

we did veggies first per ped. recommendation. He said start with the orange ones then go to green. I think based on the varying answers you get on this topic it probably doesn't matter.

thats what we did and now ds hates fruits! he is just starting to eat pears and applesauce, but hates peaches with passion  I am sure he will get use to it with time... I guess there is no right way cause you might introduce fruits first and then the child wont like bland veggies...

thank you everyone, I think I am going to try applesouce and see how it goes,or maybe mix it with oatmeal, she is not crazy about oatmeal,lol, she opens her mouth but, once I give it to her she makes a face and spits it all out. so we 'll see.
