First month trying, what cycle day....
So this is my first month off of the pill, and i'm on cycle day 3...I know it might take a while for my body to get into a normal cycle, but what day do you think I should start using the OPK? I was thinking maybe around CD10, but i wasn't sure if that was too late. Any opinions?

CD 10 is pretty safe..but if you're concerned start at CD8 good luck!!!
