first time homebuyers ???
are there any programs out there now for 1st time homebuyers?? i'm trying to help out my sister. TIA

If you run a search to the start of 2007 with Lorich as the screenname, I know she posted information regarding first time homeowners and explained everything for people to read.

This should help:
Search results for "LIHP" in Home Board
Best bet is to go to their website, get their contact info and make an appointment.
You could also try doing a search for "first time homebuyer" which I'm sure is going to provide a lot of info for you.
