First time posting here...
So, I have had a lot of loss in my life. I had a stillborn son 7/10/05, my father died when I was 11, I have no grandparents left and my sister died last summer.
My son's second "birthday" is approaching quickly. My DH and I have been TTC with no success. I had a miscarriage and had a d&c on 5/24, which adds to the horror.
I'm so dreading the next few weeks. I have been crying on and off for days. DH and I are bickering because he doesn't understand how depressed I really am. I'm going to bed by 9 every night. I cry at the drop of a hat. I feel like I'm going through this all alone and basically just needed some moral support.
Please send hugs and prayers my way.

you have suffered great loss and your strength, which you obviously have a lot of, can only carry you so far.
Have you spoken with someone? People deal with loss in different ways. Your DH may be grieving in his own way and not understanding yours...
Please know there are many of us here to listen...

Lauren,
I can only hope and pray that Tuesday will pass quickly. I have spent much of the past few days thinking of you and how such 2 horrible tragedies brought us into each others lives. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through so much without you finishing my sentences and knowing my thoughts.
For that, I wish with all of my heart that there would be some way to ease your pain and hurting right now. But remembering Nicholas with smiles, tears and pain is what will forever keep him alive in your heart and soul.
Men handle their grief very differently from women and I know that doesn't help you right now.
Whatever you need, let me know and I am there for you

Lauren,
I can't even imagine how hard this day is for you and know nothing anyone can say can make your heart heal.
I remember Nicholas like it was yesterday. He was beautiful. It was the first time I ever saw a person's heart truly break.
Know that you are not alone - and while it doesn't compare, we're all grieving right next to you.
July 10th will never be just another day to us. It will always be Nicholas's day.

Many to you. I had a stillborn this past February (I was 21 weeks) so I understand somewhat how you must feel. My prayers are with you during this difficult time.
