First time using a crock pot
OK, how do I do this? I need to start using this so I can get some meals going while at work. But, I've never done it. I'm home today with  so I want to test it out but have no clue 
I have 2lb beef baby back ribs that I thawed in the fridge overnight - now what? High or low? How long?

ITA! I have made these like 10 times already...DH keeps asking for them! Soooooo good and soooo easy! Good luck!
ETA: I used 1/4 cup of the chili sauce to give it a little kick

for a chicken recipe in the crockpot, I put two cans of campbells mushroom soup and then put chicken breasts on top. I set it on low and leave it all day. Then when I get home I make rice to serve the chicken over. It comes out yummy, and the chicken is so tender you don't even need a knife to cut it.

I haven't used my crock pot yet and now I can't wait. I think I'm going to try it out this weekend now and try a recipe or two from here.

take the ribs and dump in som bbq rib sauce i like bullseye sweet and sticky i dump in 2-3 bottles to cover it and i also put in 1 sliced onion
leave it for 8 hours on low
or 6 hours med

I was looking in the spice section at the store todya and they had crock pot seasonings for chicken beef etc... and it even gave suggestions of veggies to add. I think it's a great jumping off point. I'm trying it today or tomorrow!
